Two years have already passed since the release of "Radar", the last reference we knew about Vaskular for Discos Pegaos. And 2023 is the year that marks his return, by the hand of "Rosa Disco", a six-track work where Vaskular compiles works made during his time in France, with a personal vision of disco music with a crude and melancholic filter, accompanied by of his characteristic imaginative and rough rhythms. A few weeks ago we got a preview through the maxi single "Spiaggia Mare", and today we present the rest of the tracks from an EP that is as meticulous in its production as it is exciting in its result.

"Rosa Disco", according to the words of Vaskular himself, is a play on words ("raw sad disco") that resonates both in the scratches of the homonymous track and in the vibe that permeates much of this work, where rawness and sadness they are sustained in a hypnotic pulse, the primordial muscle of this disco manifest in a Vaskular key. We have the sampleadelic cut-and-paste infected with synthetic tension of "So Real" or the enigmatic breakbeat of "Palmas Crudas" with the voice of the French singer Yula Kasp; the slow disco of "Funky Saun" or the irresistible protohouse of the advance single "Spiaggia Mare". All part of a set of songs that are robust in their rhythm and sound and that also have the right amount of emotion and cadence.

"Rosa Disco" is the return of one of the prodigies of the Chilean electronic scene and confirms the validity and vision of Vaskular, a selector, dj and producer with intact sensibility and an inexhaustible talent.
